Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent waives notice. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant-appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon in terms of the award, dated 15th April 2019 passed by the leaned Member, MACT, Mumbai in MACP No. 652 of 2012, within a period of four weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement and willingness on the part of the applicant to deposit the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon, there shall be ad-interim stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the award in MACP No. 652 of 2012, dated 15th April 2019, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Mumbai, subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon in terms of the said award, within a period of four weeks from today.

In the event of default in deposit of the amount, this order shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 7.

The application stands disposed of.
