Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

This is an application for condonation of 23 days delay in filing the appeal. In paragraph No.2 of the application, the applicant has ascribed reasons for not preferring the appeal within the stipulated period.

A sufficient cause for condonation of delay is made out. There does not appear deliberate delay or want of bonafide. Hence, in order to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay deserves to be condoned.
