Learned Counsel Mr.Walimbe appearing for the Petitioners states that the parties have settled the discord and an agreement has arrived between them and the settlement is to the effect that the Respondent who has filed an execution proceedings has withdrawn the same. This necessarily lead to a conclusion that the decree stand satisfied. It is also stated that this statement was so recorded before the Lok Adalat on 25 September 2021 and the Executing Court has accordingly passed an order on 25 September 2021. In the wake of the said statement, since there is no lis between the parties as pending, both the writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
