Parties are present with their respective advocates and jointly request for quashing of the FIR under section 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506, 507 and 34 of IPC and under section 43A, 66C of the Information Technology Act. The affidavits in support of the joint request are also tendered today in court with proof of identification. We find that these consent terms are recorded by the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Thane in HMP No. 156 of 2017 on 04/12/2018 while passing the decree of dissolution of marriage under section 13B of nilegaonkar 1/2
