Heard Mr. Narvankar, learned counsel for the petitioner. He has stated that after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has been apprised of the reasons for rejection of the petitioner's technical bid which has necessitated the petitioner to challenge the said decision afresh.

In the aforesaid background, leave has been sought by the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
