The Learned AGP has tendered a letter dated 25th January, 2021 addressed by the Assistant Director, Town Planning to the Chief Ofcer and Planning Ofcer, Palghar Municipal Council giving certain directions under Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. The Learned Advocate appearing for the Palghar Municipal Council states that they will comply with the directions issued under the letter dated 25th January, 2021. The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, till the proposal of the Palghar Kanchan P Dhuri
