Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Pursuant to our earlier order dated 25th January, 2019, daughter of Respondent No. 2 is produced before us and we held discussion with her in the chamber. She expressed her desire to continue to reside with her mother (Respondent No.2) and told that out of her free will and desire, she is willing to reside and continue with her further education. In view of such a statement made by the daughter of Respondent No. 2, we do not find any 1 /2

WP. 5666-18 need to pass any order / issue direction in this writ of habeas corpus.

We make it clear that this order shall not have any adverse impact on any party, and this observation has been made only for disposal of the present writ petition for habeas corpus. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
