After his arrest on August 8, 2018 in crime No.635/ 2018 for offence punishable under sections 307, 326, 323, 504, 141, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(1), 135 of the Bombay Police Act registered with Wakad police station, Pune, the applicant is charge-sheeted. 3.

The injuries suffered by the victim are simple in nature. There is also recovery against the applicant. 4.

The investigation is already over. There are no criminal

Hence the order :- i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.635/ 2018 for offence punishable under sections 307, 326, 323, 504, 141, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(1), 135 of the Bombay Police Act registered with Wakad police station, Pune upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; ii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iii) Till the framing of charge, the applicant shall keep away from Pune District;

iv) In case it is noticed that the applicant is involved in similar type of offence, liberty to the prosecution to move for cancellation of bail;
