In Crime No.281/2018 for offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 326, 367, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Haveli police station, District Pune, the applicants are seeking regular bail. 3.

The applicants came to be arrested on November 10,

2 21) ba3306-18.doc 2018. The investigation is at an advanced stage and the chargesheet is likely to be filed within a period of one week from today. 4.

The applicants are already subjected to custodial interrogation and there are no criminal antecedents. It will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order release of the applicants on bail. Hence the order:- (i) The applicants be released on bail in Crime No.281/2018 for offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 236, 367, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Haveli police station, District Pune upon furnishing P.R. bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) Till the filing of the charge-sheet, the applicants shall stay away from the jurisdiction of the Haveli police station, District Pune;

(iii) The applicants shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with the prosecution evidence;

(iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
