Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

In Crime No. 433/2018 registered with Wanowrie Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under sections 376, 420, 417, 496, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

2 19.2593.18 aba.doc Perusal of the F.I.R. reflects that after marriage of the complainant, she stayed in the company of the applicant from 30/07/2018 to 05/10/2018 i.e. for three months. It is claimed that amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- was paid to the accused, however, in response to the Court's query, the learned APP submits that there is no record in support thereof as the amount was paid in cash. In that view of the matter custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. As such, interim relief granted vide order dated 17/12/2018 stands confirmed.

Applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed. Applicant shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with evidence. Applicant shall not leave the country without intimating the Investigating Officer.

Application stands disposed of.
