Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

Applicant is facing trial for an offence punishable under sections 395, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 3, 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. The maximum punishment provided is of 10 years.

Applicant appears to be mastermind in the conspiracy as is apparent from the last order passed by this Court rejecting the Bail Application on 13/10/2016. In view of above, as there are no change in circumstances, application is rejected. Trial is expedited.
