The civil application is filed for intervention in the above writ petition.

Since we find that Applicant is a Statutory Body and going to be affected by the outcome of the fresh tenders being invited, we allow the application and direct the Petitioner to implead the Applicant as party Respondent and necessary amendment shall be carried out by tomorrow. The Petitioner thereafter, serve amended copy of the petition to the newly added Respondent.
