This Application is for condoning the delay, if any, in filing Civil Application and for substitution of petitioner No.1. Petitioner No.1 died intestate on 08.11.2018. He died leaving behind his widow, Radha Bhau Ghadekar (org. petitioner No.2) and proposed respondents No.1 to 5. 3.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. The proposed respondents along with the applicantRadha Bhau Ghadekar shall be made petitioners and suitable amendment shall be carried out in the Petition within two weeks from today. Civil Application is disposed of.
