This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No.3669 of 2019. On 27th August 2019, conditional Order is passed by this Court (Coram : Shri.S.S.Shinde, J.) directing the petitioner to remove all office objections before the returnable date in addition to serving the respondent by private notice as well as through Court.

It is seen from the record that though service affidavit is filed by the petitioner, some of the office objections were not removed by him and as such, in view of conditional order dated Gaikwad RD 1/2

(906)IANo.12019.odt 27th August 2019, the petition came to be dismissed. The learned Counsel for the petitioner undertake to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today. In this view of the matter, the following Order :

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii)The Writ Petition No.3669 of 2019 is restored to the file. (iii)Put up the petition for hearing on 6th November 2019. (A.M.BADAR, J.) Gaikwad RD 2/2
