This is an application for condonation of delay of 115 days in filing the revision application. The applicant-Shriram Gramin Bigarsheti Sahakari Patsanstha Maryadit has filed the Criminal Revision Application challenging the judgment and order dated 18 May 2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, Sangli, in Criminal Appeal No. 132 of 2012.
