This Public Interest Litigation Petition was entertained on deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- by the Petitioner in terms of the order dated 31st March 2023 passed by the Court.

The Petition has been finally disposed of by means of order dated 8th November 2023. Accordingly, a prayer has been made in this Interim Application for refund of the amount deposited by Basavraj 1/2
