Respondent No.2 complainant is present in person. She states that since last 9 months she is residing with applicant husband and his parents. Couple also has a male child aged about 3 years. She has also tendered an affidavit accordingly before this Court. 2.

In this situation we accept joint request made and make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
