At the outset, the learned Counsel Mr. S. B. Jagdale submits that initially, the respondent was being represented by learned Counsel Sumangala Yadav. Subsequently, the respondent engaged Mr. S. B. Jagdale and accordingly, the learned Counsel would file his Vakalatnama having no objection from the earlier Counsel Sumangala Yadav in the office. Accordingly, Mr. S. B. Jagdale is permitted to file Vakalatnama by tomorrow in the office. If the Vakalatnama is filed by tomorrow, office to accept the same.

Parties to the Application/Appeal namely applicant/appellant Preetam Raj and respondent Geeta Raj are present in this Court. The learned Counsel for the parties submit that parties have arrived at settlement. The terms settled between the parties under the caption 'Consent Terms' are taken on record as Exhibit 'X' for identification. It is submitted before this Court that the parties would strictly adhere to the consent terms. 3.

Accordingly, the Appeal is disposed of.
