Heard Mr.S.N. Chandrachood, learned Counsel for the applicants. None appears for the respondent when the matter is called out.

This is an application for bringing the L.Rs. of the sole petitioner - Chandrakant Genba Padwal on record. The sole petitioner died on 17.9.2018 leaving behind the present applicants. Office remark shows that the application is filed in time. Mr. Chandrachood seeks leave to delete applicant No.5 Mahesh Chandrakant Padwal on the ground that he is absconding without trace since last more than 15 years. On the oral motion made by Mr. Chandrachood, leave to delete applicant No.5 is granted. Amendment shall be carried out on or before 12.6.2019. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
