However, learned Advocate is appearing for Respondent No.1 and learned Advocate appearing for Applicants states that Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 i.e. State is already served and will be again served within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

In view of above, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) by setting aside the order dated 11th April 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (JudicialII). 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
