Heard Mr.Yogendra Kanchan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.H. Kankal, learned A.G.P. for respondents No.1 & 2State, at length. 2.

The only prayer made in the petition is to direct the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Belapur to dispose of the Revision Application No.72/2016. Mr. Kanchan submitted that Revision Application is fixed for hearing on 24.12.2018 and the same is pending since 2016. He, therefore, submitted that appropriate direction may be issued to the Divisional Joint Registrar to dispose of Revision Application in a time bound manner.

Mr. Kankal, on instructions, states that within three months from 24.12.2018, the Divisional Joint Registrar will dispose of Revision Application in accordance with law.

In view thereof, the Petition is disposed of by directing the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Belapur to dispose of Revision Application No.72/2016 within three months from 24.12.2018. All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open. 5.

All concerned parties, including the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Belapur, to act upon an authenticated copy of this order. Order accordingly.
