Leave to amend to correct the number of prayer clauses.

2. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

3. This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No.19938/2018 which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections within the stipulated period in pursuance of Order dated 12th June 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I).

4. There is a delay of 73 days in filing the present Application. Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and restoration of Writ Petition.

5. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application,

6. The Applicant/Petitioner is directed to remove all office objections, if not removed prior to this, within a period of four weeks from today as a last chance, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
