Heard learned Counsel for parties. It is not in dispute that the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (Committee for short) has heard the applications filed by the petitioner and now the matter is reserved for orders.

2] I have gone through the order dated 28th December 2018 passed by this Court. Learned Counsel appearing for Committee

YBG 939-wp-14405-18 has filed an affidavit on behalf of members of the Committee, who have heard the matter on the earlier occasions. The explanation offered by the Committee members in the affidavits which are tendered today and taken on record are accepted and in view thereof the notices issued to the committee members are discharged. Even the notice issued to respondent No.2 stands discharged.

3] No purpose to keep the petition pending survives. Suffice that ad-interim order granted to the petitioner to continue till final orders are passed by the Committee. Petition thus stands disposed of.
