Intervention sought by the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad is allowed for the reason the Association wants to support the case of the petitioner, a practicing Advocate at Aurangabad.

The petitioner, a practicing Advocate at Aurangabad, has filed the Public Interest Petition seeking a direction that a Creche / day care centre be established within the precinct of the High Court building at Aurangabad.

On the administrative side, the Building Committee has resolved that space be allotted in the existing building at Aurangabad to establish a Creche. The Registrar (Administration) at Aurangabad has communicated to the Bar Association on 21.02.2019 that a space has been identified which would be used as a Creche.

The Public Interest Petition is accordingly disposed as infructuous for the reason on the administrative side it would be ensured that the space identified to be provided for a creche is refurbished and made available to be used as a creche. N. M. JAMDAR, J. CHIEF JUSTICE
