Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The record indicates that on 11th December, 2023 Criminal Application No. 1510 of 2023 was unconditionally withdrawn by the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the said application very same prayers were made which are made in the instant application.

It does not appear that the applicant had sought leave to file a fresh application on the same cause of action. Since the application has been unconditionally withdrawn, there is no propriety in entertaining the application again. Hence, the application stands disposed.
