Perused the application and heard the learned counsel. 2.

Since the registration of the writ petition has been refused on the ground that the office objections were not removed, we are inclined to grant an opportunity to the petitioner to remove the office objections by restoring the same.

Accordingly, the order refusing the registration of writ petition is recalled and the writ petition is restored. The office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of.
