This is an application for modification of the condition of reporting to the Investigating Officer once in 3 months on every first Saturday of the said third month, imposed on the applicant by order dated 21/12/2017.

It is not in dispute that the applicant has abided by this condition. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the trial has commenced and the applicant is regularly attending the dates fixed before the trial Court. She further submits on instructions that the applicant 1/2

5. ia 415.19.doc undertakes to regularly attend the dates before the trial Court. There is no reason to doubt the statement, particularly when the applicant for all these years has regularly abided by all conditions which have been imposed. The application therefore deserves to be allowed by relaxing the condition of attendance before the Investigating Officer. The applicant however to attend regularly before the trial Court as per undertaking given to this Court. The application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
