Present Interim Application has been filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 3 on record. Petitioner came to know about the death of Respondent No. 3 on 21.08.2019 for the first time when the envelop / packet of service was returned back to the Petitioner with postal remark "death person , return to sender". The names of legal heirs of Respondent No. 3 are mentioned in the Application.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title / Petition be served on the Respondents.

In view of the above, Interim Application is disposed. 5.

Place the Writ Petition on board on 8th March, 2023. Respondents are directed to file affidavit in reply on or before 08.03.2023.
