Mr.Parashurami, learned counsel for the applicant state that pursuant to the order dated 6th February 2019 passed by this Court, his client has already deposited the entire amount awarded by the judgment and award dated 28th August 2018 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No.1082 of 2013. Mr.Tendon, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4 does not dispute this position. 2.

In view of the applicant already having deposited the amount, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a). Civil application is disposed of on aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The mandatory deposit of Rs.25,000/- made by the applicant before this Court shall be transferred to the MACT, Mumbai expeditiously.
