Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 15th November, 2019, the applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon before the Tribunal. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).

There shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 8th March, 2019 passed in MACP No. 147 of 2013 by the Member, MACT, Sangli till the fnal disposal of the appeal. 5.

The interim application stands disposed of.
