The applicant has moved this application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the original appellant pursuant to the judgment and order dated 27/07/2017 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employee's Compensation at Mumbai in Application (WCA) No.537/C-166 of 2015. 3.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount as per apportionment made in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order dated 27/07/2017 passed in 1/2
