Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned APP invited the attention of the Court to an order dated 5 December 2023 passed in Bail Application No.3176 of 2021 directing the trial Court to conclude the trial within one year thereof. It was further made clear that no further extension shall be granted.

Learned APP, on the instructions of the officer who is present in Court, also submits that the prosecution proposes to examine 4 to 5 more witnesses. 4.

In the light of the aforesaid statement on behalf of the prosecution, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. 5.

Leave granted.
