The contention is that the complainant is married with Applicant No.1 without obtaining divorce from her earlier husband. It is also claimed that there are no allegations against other Applicants in the matter. We have perused the statement recorded on 8th December, 2016. We find that the complainant has taken their names. 2.

In the situation, we are not inclined to exercise extra ordinary jurisdiction. However, keeping all contentions open, with liberty to the
