Petitioner-prisoner seeks temporary bail for availing treatment. Ailment pointed out is tuberculoses.

Letter received from Resident Medical Officer, New Civil Hospital, Surat dated 12.3.2018 shows that at present no AKT and no active treatment is required. Counsel for applicant submits that matter can be disposed of in view of that letter.

In this situation, we dispose of criminal writ petition as infractuous. 4.

Order be served upon the prisoner in Jail.
