We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim. Since the petitioner is a superannuated/ retired employee, she is at liberty to approach the Zilla Parishad (employer) for releasing the provisional pension until the claim is srcutinised and verified by the scrutiny committee.
