11 mca67-19.doc The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, it is very difficult for the Applicant to travel along with the minor child of five months. Therefore, he has filed the present Civil Application.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, and as inspite of service, no one appeared on behalf of the Respondent and Applicant has 5 months child, I am of the opinion that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:
A) Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:
"(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer the application filed by the Respondent, bearing P.A.No.1062 of 2018 under section 10 of the Hindu Marriage before Ld.Family Court at Pune to the Ld.Joint Civil Judge Senior Division at Baramati Dist. B) Misc. Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
