Heard. The basic grievance of the Petitioner is that despite her complaint to the Assistant Commissioner of Police (Crime), Crime Against Women, no FIR is registered. Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that despite repeated requests, the Petitioner has not attended Dadar police Station and as such no FIR could be registered.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner, who is present in the Court states that the Petitioner will approach Dadar Police Station tomorrow, i.e., on 19th March 2019 at 11.00 a.m.. Statement accepted.

Dadar Police Station shall record the statement of the Petitioner and if the same discloses any offence, register the FIR. patilsr 1 / 2
