The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition, in view of order dated 3 April 2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1432 of 2019, copy of which is annexed to the praecipe. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Writ Petition No. 1432 of 2019 was filed for quashing of the FIR/proceedings which was registered at the instance of present MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

Perusal of the order dated 3 April 2019 shows that the said petition was disposed of, in view of, the amicable settlement between the parties. Considering the above referred facts, the prayer for withdrawal of the petition is allowed.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
