P. C. :- 1) This is the successive Application for suspension of sentence and releasing the Applicant on bail.

1.1) The earlier Application preferred by the Applicant was disposed off as withdrawn by Order dated 12th June, 2018. 2) Except passage of time, there is no change in circumstance then was prevailing on 12th June, 2018.

2.1) In view thereof, we are not inclined to release the Applicant on bail during the pendency of the Appeal.

2.2) Application is accordingly disposed off.
