This Civil Application is taken out for restoration of Second Appeal. The said Second Appeal has been dismissed by order dated 17th October 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

The Second Appeal was dismissed by conditional order of learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which four weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which the registration of the Second Appeal was refused. 3.

In view of above, the CIvil Application is allowed in terms 1/2

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the Second Appeal is not yet admitted.
