The petition essentially challenges action under the SARFAESI Act. The petitioner has a remedy before the DRT. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed.

The petitioner shall be given two weeks prior notice before taking physical possession of the second asset. We clarify that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.
