This application is for anticipatory bail by applicant in C.R. No.122 of 2018 dated 17.05.2018. Learned Counsel for applicant submits that in respect of same incident applicant has also lodged report with Rajgad Police Station upon which N.C. is registered against complainant admittedly on investigation, charge-sheet in this crime is filed. Case of prosecution appears to be that with a view to settle the matrimonial discord respective family members assembled together in the house of relative of complainant, who is wife of applicant, on 16.05.2018 where Waghmare 1/2

8.ABA.2609.18.doc free fight took place between the members of both the families, in which applicant is alleged to have assaulted his father-in-law by iron rod. This Court while considering interim protection to applicant had very much considered said involvement of applicant and has observed that the injury sustained by applicant's father-in-law is by way of blunt trauma and no fracture is noticed by the Radiologist. Similar injury is also sustained by applicant at the hands of assailants who are accused in the N.C registered on the basis of complaint lodged by him. In view of facts as aforesaid and since charge-sheet in this crime is filed, application is liable to be allowed by confirming interim order as per order below:

ORDER

Interim order dated 18.12.2018 qua the applicant Ganeshwar K. Jagdale is confirmed on the same terms and the application is disposed of.
