1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in pursuance of the Order dated 5th April 2019, the applicant has deposited a said sum of Rs.3,10,000/- in the Registry of this Court within stipulated period. The note put up by the Registry supports the said contention.

2] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 2nd April 2019 is hereby confirmed and the applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :- 1/2

osk 17-aba-2611-2018.odt (i) In the event of arrest in CR No. 118 of 2018 registered with Jawhar Police Station, District Thane, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or interfere with the process of investigation.
