Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2, both, are present before the Court. They have mutually decided to dissolve their marriage and necessary proceedings have been initiated before the Family Court. 3.

In view thereof, respondent No.2 submits that she is agreeable for quashing of the charge-sheet and the charges framed in C.R.No.218 of 2019 against petitioner No.1.

In view of the above, petition stands disposed of in terms of prayer clause (aa).
