By this civil application, applicant is seeking restoration of Contempt Petition No.435 of 2018 which stands dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 03.12.2018. Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order :- S.C.Magar

b) Contempt Petition No.435 of 2018 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. d) No order as to costs.
