On 14th June 2023, since none appeared for the petitioner the matter was posted for dismissal. On 12th July 2023, the adjournment was sought on the ground that the counsel for the petitioner has suffered an accident. So also today when the matter is called out, the counsel for petitioner is absent and an adjournment is sought. 3.

Considering the conduct referred above, we deem it appropriate to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution. 4.

In view of above, petition stands dismissed.
