For the reasons to be recorded separately, following order is passed.

O R D E R

(i) The Applications are allowed;

(ii) The applicants are directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. I-204 of 2017 registered with Economic Offence Wing (Thane Rural), District Thane on their furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) The applicants shall report the Economic Offence Wing (Thane Rural), District Thane once on first Saturday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m; (iv) The applicants are permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of six weeks.
