Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the office objections could not be removed due to unavoidable circumstance and undertakes to remove within three weeks from today. In view of the undertaking rendered by the learned counsel for the applicants, order dated 13th March,2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. If the office objections are not removed within three weeks from today, second appeal to stand dismissed without further reference to court. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
