In terms of the order dated 10 December 2018, passed in the contempt petition along with Writ Petition Nos.897 of 2013 and 1086 of 2013, the legal heirs of Respondent Nos.8 and 9 have already been brought on record. These legal heirs along with other Respondents are authorized to file consent terms in their behalf. The consent terms are ready, but are yet to be filed, since the union is not joined as a party to the petition. The Applicant-union, accordingly, prays for its joinder. The civil application, being Civil Application No.12 of 2019, is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a). Amendment to be carried out in the course of the week. Re-verification is dispensed with. As in the case of the contempt petition, the applicant-union, namely, Nasik Workers Union, shall be joined as a formal party also to Writ Petition Nos.897 of 2013 and 1086 of 2013. Amendment shall likewise be carried out in the course of the week. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Civil Application (St.) No.36109 of 2018 in Writ Petition No.897 of 2013 and Civil Application (St.) No.36267 of 2018 in Writ Petition

3/3 No.1086 of 2013 are disposed of accordingly.
