Though parties jointly request for quashing of the proceedings, we find that the FIR is under section 324, 143, 144, 146, 147 148, 149 of IPC and sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act. 2.

During the hearing, we find that there are two other offences under section 324 registered against applicant no. 2.
